Colloid mill for the emulsions or suspensions of colloidal solutions
If the rotor rotates at a high speed between the very small gaps(clearance) of the rotor and the stator, the high shearing forces created in the fluids have an effect on the dispersion and homogenization. The particles of mxing subjects are pulverized in the liquid and surface of sample area is greatly extended as a physical properties' change(particle size reduction) of the materials. It works for continuous process. The machines of all sizes are woking with the same circumferential speed of the rotor, thus allowing a good scale-up. Different generators(rotor/stator) enables a further adaptation to the process purpose.
Moving route of sample (Inside Colloid Mill)
*Dramatically reducing the processing time
*Colloid Mill (rotor/stator)
*Flow rate : 500 L/H ~ 28,000 L/H
*Vertical structure (easy to assemble of other utilities)
*Double mechanical seal (cartridge type)
*Easy to clean (CIP)
*Optimal dispersion condition through speed adjustment and adopting various types of rotor/stator various types of rotor/stator
