Mechstar^® DS Horizontal Mill is designed for perfect dispersion with beads including two-separated vessel, chamber cover. Providing easily adjustment device of motor belt, safe-treatment device in mechanical seal trouble, this system is fabricated with various kinds of hardened Cr alloy steel, SUS 420J2 and Zirconia etc. This DS Horizontal Mill is fully-developed horizontal bead mill that could be available to produce  production scale through special design of acting vessel. This generates the active moves of the beads guaranteed the perfect performances(high and constant energy).
