High Pressure, Cavitation 및 Shear Force를 이용한 Sonolator Mixing/Dispersing Technology를 소개합니다.

Sonic’s Sonolator High Pressure Homogenizer is frequently used for mixing beverages such as fruit juices, soft drinks, flavored milk and more.

The manufacture of lotion emulsions can be rather complex. The oils and waxes commonly found in hand and body lotions are hydrophobic and don’t stay in suspension for very long. Emulsifying agents and other additives are used to help form stable emulsions, but these can be costly and manufacturers want to use them sparingly.

There are 3 main target grease applications where Sonic’s Colloid Mills are used quite effectively.

Polyurea Greases
Bentonite Clay Greases

Using a High Pressure Homogenizer for silicone emulsions is commonplace. Silicones and silicone fluids are so universally used that we come across them in everyday life without even knowing it. We see them in sealants, caulks, adhesives, lubricants, medicines, cleaning and shining products, electrical insulation and so on.

Using high pressure Homogenizers for titanium dioxide or zinc oxides is instrumental in the development of personal care products such as sunscreen and sunblock as well as in the chemical industry for paints, coatings and adhesives.

Mixing adhesives or, more specifically, emulsifying epoxies and resins is a key part of making adhesives with long shelf life, improved stability and performance.

Sonolator 모듈은 상당히 작고 컴팩트한 디자인으로 제작되었음에도 샘플을 고압으로 주입실 키 수 있는 PD pump를 결합하게 되면 cavitation효과(초음파분산기의 driving force)를 이용한 새로운 계념의 고압분산기 시스템이 됩니다.

두 가지 이상의 샘플을 연속적으로 투입되어야 하는 경우 Multi-Feed Sonolator 시스템은 single pass 만으로도 완벽한 emulsion 또는 mixing 결과물을 만들어 낼 수 있습니다.
